Other materials in this ZIP.
Here the result on my tutorial.

Let's get started.....
Good luck!!

Copy the Tartan above and paste in PSP.

Tartan is the name for Scottish plaids.
That's why I named this tutorial Tartan Wreath.

Other tartans?? Look here.
Each  letter has it's own index.
Each name has it's own tartan.
I use the green-blue but
every other tartan will do fine.

Open new image 400 X 400 > Transparent.
Open  MD-Heart.psp (ZIP) and copy.
Go back to your new image.
Paste as a new layer.

In your layer palette click the (+).
You see a small menu. Activate layer Heart 2.
It will be bold printed.
Right click and choose properties.

You see the fill menu. Click the black window.
Go to patterns and search your tartan. Texture unchecked.

Convert to raster.

Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.

Effects > Plugins > MuRa's Meister > Copies.

Selection tool to circle.

Start in the middle and draw your selection
till the inner edge of your wreath.
Start at 200 X 200. Check your taskbar.

Draw your circle and stop at point 285 X 285.

Hit delete and remove the inner part.

Selections > None.

Open  MD-Holly.psp (ZIP) and copy.

Paste as a new layer.

Repeat  MuRa's Meister > Copies same settings.

Open  MD-Holly-berries.psp (ZIP) and copy.

Paste as a new layer.

Repeat  Copies but with number to 25 (number = top).

New layer.

With your shapes choose Bowie.

Draw it on your wreath, not to small.

In your layer palette click the (+).
Activate Bowie and click the + again.
It's bold.
You see a large menu and lots of layers.
Close the first and the last  Ellipse layer.

Look at this screenshot below. Layers marked with a blue hand
you have to activate one by one till they're all bold printed

If your layer is bold like Rounded Rectangle:
Right click properties.
You have your fill menu. Click in the red.
Choose pattern and your tartan. Texture unchecked.
Repeat this step on all three layers.
Close the menu when you're done.

Convert to raster.

Open  MD-hanger.psp (ZIP ) and copy.
Paste as a new layer.

With put in place.

Your  Tartan Christmas Wreath is done.
I hope you liked it and learned something.
