for future use (Bleu hand). I used the color  #008000.

With you magic wand select (feather 0 - tolerance 25) the black.

Copy the candle and go back to your holder.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

In your Layer Pallet move this layer down beneath the holder.

If all went well you have this now:

Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers.

To see your result better:
Layers > New raster layer.

In your Layer Pallet move this layer all the way down to the bottom.
Fill your layer with a nice pattern.
I used MD-SinedotPattern.jpg (in ZIP).

Open a new image 75 X 75 > Transparent.

Effects > 3D-effect > Plugins > DragonFly > Sinedots II.

Look carefully so you get them all.
If you are done with the settings, you can save the flame
for future use (Bleu hand). I used the color #df7e09.

Copy the flame and go back to your candle and holder.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Image > Rotate > Free rotation > 55% to the right > All layers unchecked.

If all went well you must have this:

Open the MD-Garland-1.psp from the ZIP and copy.
I added 4 different garlands to the ZIP.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

With move the garland into place.

Lock your bottom layer (the background) for now.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers.

Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow > Black.

You can also make a Sinedot bow if you like.
