What you need is in this ZIP. For PSP 10 users: The zip with the presets. Here you find a ZIP with the Holy.
Open MD-Silver.jpg that's in the zip, extract to
your folder 'Environment maps' in PSP 8.
Open everything else in PSP.
Let's go.....
Good luck!!
Open a new image 150 X 150 Transparent.
Fill with dark grey #808080.
Save as a psp8 file in your (version 8 +) Bump folder in PSP.
Open Silver-bg3.jpg if you want to make a tag later on.
If not, open a new image 300 X 300
> Transparent.
I used the Tag background, so you can see the
selections on the screenshots better.
The characters for the Tag I added as a tube for you.
Layers > New layer.
With selection tool (rectangle) select a
rectangle in the middle of your image.
Effects > Artistic effects > Balls and bubbles.
Preset: Reflecting Ball. People that don't have that preset, look here.
In the left box, find your grey image, the one you saved in your bump folder.
On the right, search MD-Silver you saved in your 'Environments' folder .
Apply. Keep selected.
Selections > Float.
Adjust > Softness > Soft focus > Fog.
Apply.
Effects > Edges > Enhance more.
Selections > None.
Set your selection tool to circle.
Draw a circle, larger as your bubble.
With move the selection to another spot.
You only can do this with your right mouse button.
Put it, right between the two parts of your ball,
the decorated and the plain side, see screen!
It doesn't have to fit exactly.
Selections > Invert.
Effects > Texture effects > Mosaic - Glass.
Selections > None.
Open MD-xball-hanger.pspimage (in the ZIP).
Copy and paste on your Christmas ornament.
With put in place.
If you want to use your ornament in a Tag, open the second
top and the characters you found in the ZIP and put in place.
Decorate your tag with pine or holly.
Fill with the pattern below.
(Copy and paste in PSP, use your fill bucket
and search in your patterns for this one!).
Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.
Your Christmas ornament and / or Tag are done.
You can animate with some sparkles in AS if you like.
