Next step depends on if you make your own face or not.
If you find this difficult:
Open MD-Angelface.psp (ZIP) and copy.
Paste as a new layer and move into place.
You want to draw a face yourself??? Great way to practice PSP. Like this:
For the mouth I did use the shape 'Nut'.
Click the plus and use color #800000.
For the edge I used #400000 .
Use 'Ellipse' for the eyes.
Foreground color black > line size 3 >
Retain style unchecked.
I did remove half of the ellipse with
selection tool set on rectangle.
The lashes are made with shape Starburst 1 .
I did cut them out, using selection tool circle (see screenshot).
Invert your selection.
Later on with selection tool on rectangle,
I did remove half of the shape. See the red area on the screen.

You can use a background layer as I did.
Saving as a gif is possible. Or.... animate your angel.
Duplicate the angel layer (shift D) and place some sparkles.
Open Animation Shop open your file and save as a GIF.
I used a frame property of 65.
Your angel is done.
I hope you liked it and learn something.
Thanks for trying out.
