What you need :
PSP
7, 8 or 9. Download a 30 day
trial of V9 here.
Toadies > Plain Mosaic Blur: Download here.
MuRa's Meister Copies: Download here.
Extract the plugins to your plugin folder in PSP.
Close
PSP and restart so your filters will load. Zip with materials: Download here. Open patterns and tubes in PSP.

Open MD-train-patt.jpg and MD-Goud-1.jpg patterns in PSP.
Open a new image 350 X 350, transparent.
Fill with right mouse button (gold).
Layers > New mask layer > From image.
Find MD-lovetrain-msk.jpg.
Apply.
Layers > Merge > Merge group.
Copy.
Go back to your first image.
Paste as a new layer.
Effects > Geometric effects > Spherical.
Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadows at 2 and - 2.
Again....... Paste as a new layer.
Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadows at 2 and - 2.
Merge visible layers.
Open MD-goldcircle.psp and copy.
Paste as a new layer.
Effects > Plugins > Toadies > Plain Mosaic Blur.
With your magic wand (tolerance 25, feather 0),
click in a black line on this layer.
Fill selection with right mouse button (gold pattern).
Selections > None.
Selection tool set to circle and feather to 5.
Draw a circle, start in the middle and draw the
selection to where your mask starts. The gold tile
with the cross is just about the middle, start there.
Selections > Invert.
Hit delete, two times.
Selections > None.
Image > Flip
The light part is on top. This is the place for your text.
You also can lower the opacity of this
layer in your layer palette if you like. I didn't.
If needed you can move the mosaic part a little.
Open MD-forgetmenot.psp and copy.
Go back to your image.
Paste as a new layer.
Effects > Plugins > MuRa's Meister Copies.
Open MD-ValTrain.psp and copy.
Go back to your image.
Paste as a new layer.
Move to the bottom as far as possible, just above the gold edge.
Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow at 2.
Merge visible layers.
Foreground color, solid #760202.
Background style to MD-train-patt.jpg pattern.
Text tool .
Find NewUnicodeFont (ZIP).
Settings: Vector > Size 36 > Stroke 1.0 > B for Bold.
Type your first line.......
Convert to raster.
Move into place.
Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel.
Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow at 2.
Image > Rotate > Free rotate at 20 to the left.
Type the second line.
Repeat all the above steps.
You also can apply a little text on the train wagon.
Merge all layers.
Your Love Train is done.
