What you need:
PSP. Download a 30
day trial here.
Materials:Download here.
Save the Brick-wall.bmp in your PSP textures folder.
Open all other images from the ZIP in PSP.
Open the font and minimize.
You'll see it in your text tool now.
Save often.
Let's get started. Good luck.....
Open a new image
400 X 400 > Transparent.
Fill with #323d17.
Layers > New raster layer.
Put your foreground to black and
put your settings like this:
Texture checked and look for the Brick wall texture. Scale to 50.
Fill the new layer.
Don't forget to uncheck the next time you use a
fill.
Background to #6b813f.
Layers > New raster layer.

Look for the Heart 1 shape.
If you don't have it you can
download
it from my site here.
Keep style and As vector
unchecked. Anti-alias
checked.
Draw your heart. Not to large.
Look at the screenshot below.
Move
the heart a little to the top so you can add some text later.
Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel
> Color white.
Open the MD-Val-Window.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move
the angel on the heart.
Open the MD-bird.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move
the bird on top of the left window hatch.
In your Layer pallet, move this layer one position down.
Open the MD-Flowers.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move
the
flowers to the bottom of the heart.
If you are satisfied:
Layers > Merge > Merge all layers flatten.
Add borders > 5 Pixels > Symmetric > Color
#768d49.
Select
(feather 0) the
border.
Repeat the inner bevel like before.
Add borders > 5 Pixels > Symmetric > Color #323d17.
Add borders > 5 Pixels > Symmetric > Color #768d49.
Repeat the inner bevel like before.
Selections > Select all.
Selections > Modify > Contract with 15 pixels.
Selections > Invert.
Effects > Distortion
effects > Curly Q,s.
Selections > None.
Click
and look for the opened Romantically Yours. It's in the ZIP.
Size 70 > Stroke 0,0 >
B for Bold > Anti-alias checked or Sharp.
Type "Happy".
In your Layer Pallet convert to raster.
Image > Rotate > Free rotation >
30 Degrees left.
Move the word left of the heart.
Now type Valentine.
In your Layer Pallet convert to raster.
Of course you can use any text you like.
Layers > Merge >
Merge all layers flatten.
Your Valentine Window is done.
