Sweetheart Frame
(PSP 7, 8, 9 & 10)

What you need:
PSP 8. Download a 30 day trial here.
Filter Factory A: download here. Unzip to your folder plugins in PSP.
Filter Factory B: download here. Unzip to your folder plugins in PSP.
Close  PSP restart and let your filters load.
 ZIP with materials download here.
Open the tubes, the  mask and gold pattern in PSP.

Save often.

Let's go. Good luck.....

Open new image 250 X 350 transparent.

Foreground color to #DE3973.
Background to pattern and look for the opened Gold Pattern



Fill your image with #DE3973.

Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory B > Fluttering Flag.
Default setting. Apply.

Open MD-Sweetheart-swans.psp (zip) and copy.

Paste as a new image.

Image > Changes size with 65%.
All layers unchecked.

Move somewhat to the top.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop shadow.

Open MD-Sweetheart-banner.psp (ZIP) and copy.

Paste as a new layer.

Move a little down.

Effects > 3D Effects > Same drop shadow.

Open  MD-Sweetheart-to-my.psp (ZIP) copy.

Paste as a new layer.

Move   into the curve of the banner.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop shadow as before.

Open the 2 Lily Tubes repeat the same two steps.

With move to an area on your image you like.

You must have this now:

Add borders > 4 Pixels symmetric > Black.

Confirm merging.

Select  (feather  0) the black border.

With your   fill with gold pattern.

Selections > Invert.

Effects > 3D effects > Cut-out.

New raster layer.

Repeat 3D effect > Cut out but with H and V at. - 6.

Add borders > 10 Pixels > Symmetric > Black.
Confirm merging.

Select (feather 0) the black border.

Fill with the bright pink #DE3973.

Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory A > Pool Shadow.

Add borders > 4 Pixels symmetric black.

Select  your border.

Fill with gold pattern.

Effects > 3D effects > Drop shadow 4 and -4.

Add borders > 25 pixels > Symmetric > Black.

Select your border.

Fill with pink color #DE3973.

New raster layer.

Fill selection with gold this time.

Open MD-Sweet-mask. jpg (ZIP).

Layers > New mask layer > From image.

Find your mask in the dropdown menu.

Apply.

Layers > Delete.
Confirm merging.

Layers > Merge > Merge group.

Layer palette > Duplicate.

Add borders > 4 Pixels > Symmetric > Black.
Confirm merging.

Select  your border.

Fill the selection with gold pattern.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop shadow at 4 and - 4.

Add borders > 10 Pixels > Symmetric > Black.

Select  your border.

Fill with the pink color #DE3973.

Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory A > Pool Shadow.

Add borders > 4 Pixels > Symmetric > Black.
Confirm merging.

Select   your border.

Fill with gold.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop shadow at 4 and - 4.

Copy the flower tubes again and paste as a new layer.

With place over your frame at the bottom.

Merge all flatten.

Your  Sweetheart Frame is done.
