day trial here.
Materials:Download here.
Open all
images from the ZIP in PSP.
Save often.
Let's get started. Have fun.....
This tutorial is done in PSP 9.
Open the Magic-Couple.jpg from the ZIP.
Shift-D to duplicate. Close the original.
Open the MD-Magic-Wing.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move
the wing against the back of the woman.
Open the Magic-Couple-2.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move
the second couple to the bottom at the left side.
Put the opacity of this layer to 40.
Open the Magic-Couple-3.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move
the couple to the bottomright.
Set the opacity of this layer to 20.
Foreground locked and background
to #f9d1b1.
Click
and look for the opened Amazone BT. It's in the ZIP.
Size 18 > Stroke 0,0 >
B for Bold > Anti-alias checked or Sharp.
Make sure the alignment is set to center.
Now type:
"Love is like magic (enter)
And it always will be (enter).
For love still remains (enter)
Life's sweet mystery!!".
Move
the heart beneath your text.
Put the opacity of this layer to 30.
Again, click your text tool.
This time put the size of the font at 36.
Now type "Magic".
Layers > Convert to raster.
Repeat the drop shadow as you used before.
Move
Magic
above your text.
Select the dot on the letter i in Magic.
Click Delete.
Selections > None.
Open the MD-MagicHeart-2.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move
the heart on the letter i in your text.
On the spot where you just removed the dot.
Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.
If all went well you have something like this now:
Add borders > 15 Pixels >
Symmetric > Color black.
Open the MD-MagicBorder.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a
new layer.
No need to move, it is in the right spot.
Open the MD-MagicBorder-corner.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a
new layer.
Put the bar in the right top corner as on the screenshot below.
In your Layer Palette move the bar one position down beneath the
frame.
If all went well you now have this:
You now have the layer of the bar selected (=blue).
Open the MD-MagicBorder-corner-2.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a
new layer.
Put in the corner beneath the first bar.
Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.
Your Magic Tag is done.
