I Love U Tag
(PSP 7, 8, 9 & 10)

What you need:
PSP 8. Download a 30 day trial here.
The  ZIP with materials download here.
The dsb flux Filter (Free) download here.
Eye Candy 3.1 (Free filter) download here.
Open the mask and the images in PSP.

Save often.
Let's begin. Good luck.....

Open a new image 450 X 450 > Transparent.

Background color bright red #FF0000.
Foreground locked.

In preset shape tool find heart 1.

Draw a heart, not to big.
You will see the size in your taskbar.
About  225 X 225 is fine. One or two pixels difference isn't important.

In PSP 7 > Convert to raster.

Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.
In PSP 8 confirm converting to raster.

Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy 3.1 > Glass > Transparent Button.

Layers > Duplicate.

Resize > 75%. All layers unchecked.

Copy your heart.

Next steps will be for PSP 8.
In PSP 7 most of you will know how to do it.
What I mean, it isn't possible to write for both versions.

Image > Rotate > Free rotate > 30 Degrees to the right.

Adjust > Hue and saturation > Colorize 150 - 100.

Layers > Duplicate.

Image > Mirror.

Repeat colorize at 100 - 100.

You did copy the red heart, so paste as a new layer.

Repeat colorize 210 - 255.

Paste the red heart again as a new layer.

Repeat resize 75% > All layers unchecked.

Repeat colorize at 10 - 25.

Image > Rotate > Free rotate > 45 Degrees to the left.

Layer palette > Duplicate.

Image > Mirror.

Repeat colorize 125 - 150.

Paste your heart again as a new layer.

Repeat resizing 45% > All layers unchecked.

Move your hearts until you like what you have.

Merge visible layers.

You must have something like this:

Layer palette > Duplicate 5 times.

Lock the top 5 layers (click the eye).
Activate the bottom merged layer (= blue).

Effects > Plugins > dsb flux > Bubbles.

Open copy of merged and activate (=blue).

Effects > Plugins > dsb flux > Blast > Left at  50%.

Open copy of merged 2 and activate (=blue).

Repeat dsb flux but use > Right.

Open copy of merged 3 and activate (=blue).

Repeat dsb flux use preset > Upwards.

Open copy of merged 4 and activate (=blue).

Repeat dsb flux use > Downwards.

Open your last copy 5 of merged.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers.

Open  MD-Lovers.psp (ZIP) and copy.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

With place at the bottom of your hearts.

Effects > 3D effects > Drop shadow.

Open your background color and set it to bright red.

Text tool  .
Find Comic Sans MS Font or use one of your own liking.
Settings: Vector > size 36 > Stroke 4.0.

Type your text.

Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy 3.1 > Glass > Color: #DADADA.

Effects > 3D effects > Same drop shadow as before.

With move in place.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers.

Image > Resize 90% > All layers checked.

Your Valentine Tag 'I Love U' is done.
If you like to keep it transparent, save as a gif.
Like a frame? Follow the next steps.

Layers > New raster layer.

Foreground style pattern, choose a fill.
Fill your layer with your pattern.
In the Layer Pallet > Move beneath your merged layer.

Add borders > 10 Pixels > Symmetric > White.
Confirm merging.

With your wand (feather 0) select the white border.

Fill   with a dark color matching your image.
Effects > Eye Candy 3.1 > Glass > Same settings as before.

Effects > 3 D effects > Drop shadow.

Repeat with H and V at - 2.

Add borders > 20 Pixels > White.
Select your border.

Fill with your pattern.

Layers > New raster layer.

Fill with a dark color, matching your image.
Open the Cat043 mask from the ZIP.

Layers > New mask layer > From image.

Find your Cat043 mask.

Apply.

Layers > Delete.
Confirm merging.

Layers > Merge > Merge group.

Add borders > 10 Pixels > White.

Select the white border.

Fill with your dark color.

Repeat  Eye Candy Glass and the drop shadow at 2 and - 2.

Open  MD-Val-Bow.psp and copy.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move to the right top corner.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible.

Your Valentine Tag 'I Love U' is done.
