The materials:
Download here.
The Halftone border for PSP 7 users
: Download here.
Open all images from the ZIP in PSP.

Save often.
Let's
get started. Good luck.....

This tutorial is done in PSP 9.
Open one of the Hug images from the ZIP.

Foreground to #d4e4fe.
Background to #accdfc.
Now put your foreground to gradient and
look for the fore-background gradient.
Texture unchecked (=blue hand).

Image > Add borders > 2 Pixels > Symmetric > Color #dc0e1d.
Image > Add borders > 15 Pixels > Symmetric > Color white.
Image > Add borders > 2 Pixels > Symmetric > Color #dc0e1d.

With (feather 0) select the white border.

Effects > Texture effect > Weave.
Colors #562c85 and #790d03.

Selections > None.

Select the 4 white pieces with your magic wand .
Put your selection settings to add or hold down the shift key.
Fill the selection with the gradient.

If all went well you now have this:

Selections > None.

PSP 7 users have to paste the border,
merge all
and skip the next step
s (Halftone).

Now select the dark red pieces.

Effects > Artistic-effects > Halftone.

Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel > Color white.

Selections > None.

Image > Add borders > 15 Pixels > Symmetric > Color white.

With your magic wand select the white border.
Fill the selection with the gradient.

Repeat the inner bevel like before.

Open the MD-HugFrame.psp.
Everything is on a separate layer.
To select the right layer, click the image you need.
Copy the large heart first.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move the heart to the top left corner.

Layers > Duplicate.
Image
> Mirror.
Layers > Duplicate.
Image
>
Flip.
Layers > Duplicate.
Image
> Mirror.

Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.

Copy the row (from left to right) with 5 small hearts.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move the hearts like on the screenshot below.
Repeat the inner bevel like before.

If all went well you now have this:

Layers > Duplicate.

With move to the space at the bottom.
You can't use: Image >
Flip because if you
did
the hearts would be upside down.
If the hearts are at the bottom:
Image > Mirror. Put in place.

Now copy the row (top to bottom) with 6 small hearts.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move the hearts at the right in the blue spot.
Repeat the inner bevel like before.

Now this time you can use............
Layers > Duplicate.
Image
>
Flip.

If you are satisfied:
Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.

Your Hugs Frame is done.
