High Heels & Roses Tag
(PSP all versions)

What you need:
PSP
7, 8 or 9. Download a 30
day trial
here.
Filter Factory H (free): download here.
Extract to your plugin folder in PSP.
Converting with Plugin Commander is al ready done.
Zip with materials download here.
Unzip the tubes and patterns and open in PSP.
Open the font and minimize it.
You will find it in your text menu in PSP.
Save often
Let's go.....good luck
Open a new image 400 X 400
> Transparent.
Open MD-valent-rose.psp and copy.
Close the PSP image and go to your new image.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory H > Zoom Blur.

Open MD-valent-bow.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move a little upwards.
Open MD-ValentineShoe.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move to the right and a little down, like this (screenshot).

Foreground color to white and background color to #c0c0c0.
Close the background color.
Select preset shapes.
PSP 7: . PSP 8: . PSP 9: .
All versions "as vector", "Anti-alias" checked and line size to 1.00.
This screen is for PSP 9 because I made this tutorial in it. 
Draw an ellipse 195 X 195.
Sizes here:

Place your ellipse like the screen below.

Open your background color.
Foreground color is still on white.
Text tool .
Find the Aurora BdCn BT Font (ZIP).
These settings: Vector > Size 48 > Stroke 2.0.
 Move your mouse over the left side of your ellipse.
The shape changes. Looks like a rocker.
Click about the point where the A is in the screenshot.

Type text. I used "I love you".
If you use another text line, maybe you have to begin
your text on another place or use the spacebar first.
Layer palette > You still have a vector layer.
Click the plus sign. You will see a menu.
Close your ellipse layer (eyes).

Layer palette > Convert to raster.
Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel.

Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow > Color #808080.
 Repeat the inner bevel.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers.
Layers > New raster layer.
Open MD-pink-heartstile.psp.
Foreground style to pattern and find MD-pink-heartstile.psp.
Texture unchecked (blue hand).

Fill your new layer with this pattern.
Arrange this layer below your image layer .
Layers > Merge >
Merge all layers flatten.
Add borders > 10 Pixels > Black.

Select (feather 0) your black border.
Open MD-red-heartstile.psp.
Background style to pattern and find MD-red-heartstile.psp.
Fill your selected border with your right mouse button.
Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.
This setting.

Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow > Black.
 Repeat drop shadow with Vert. and Horiz. to - 2.
Add borders > 20 Pixels > Black.
Select (feather 0) your black border.
Fill with foreground pattern (pink-white).
Add borders > 10 Pixels > Black.
Select (feather 0) your black border.
Fill your selected border with red pattern (right mouse button).
Effects > 3D-effects > Same inner bevel.
Repeat the same drop shadow 2 and - 2.
If you have V PSP 8 or 9 you also can make a page curl.
Effects > Image effects > Page curl.
Both your colors to #d20203.

You work with PSP 7?
You can use Mac's Page Curl.
Best settings > See the example below.

Select the black part and fill with #d20203.
All versions:
Open MD-ValentineShoe.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move to the right and a little bit down like on the screenshot.

Layers > Merge > Merge all layers flatten.
Your High Heels & Roses Tag is done.
