What you need is in this
zip.
Extract Gold-MD2.bmp to your PSP-folder Patterns.
The MD-hart-kant.mask and the MD-roos.msk to your PSP folder masks. Blklt686.ttf ( the
font) open and minimize.
You will see it in your
text tool in PSP.
Save very often!
Open a new image 350 X 350 > Transparent.
Fill with red or white. Depends on
your lace color.
Masks > Load from disc > MD-hart-kant.msk
Masks > Delete. Click yes.
With
click in the middle (the lacy part).
Selections > Modify > Expand 1.
Fill with red #FF0000.
Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel > Pillow,
smoothness to 50. Other settings > Default.
Apply and keep selected.
New layer.
Effects > 3D effects > Cut out.
Selections > None.
New layer.
Foreground white, background locked.
Go to
this setting:
Draw a line on the left side, following the
shape of your heart, make it bigger on top.
Tip...... follow the line of the drop shadow.
Effects > Blur > Gaussian blur 10.00.
New image 100 x 150.
Fill with Gold-MD2,
you'll find it in your Patterns.
Masks > Load from disc > MD-roos.msk.
Masks > Delete and click yes. Resize 75%.
Effects > Sharpen >
Sharpen
Copy and paste as a new layer on your heart.
Move to the place where you want your rose.
Foreground white > Background locked.
Go to
,
click in your heart and find the font
Blackletter686 BT.
Only outline white. See setting below.
Type 'Love' or some other text.
Convert to raster.
Effects > drop shadow. Shadow color dark red!.
Repeat these steps for every word.
Use the Capital only in the first word type every word
separate, and convert to raster, so you can
arrange things, as you like them to be.
Merge visible.
New layer.
This settings are for white lace:
Foreground pattern:
MD-Gold2 > Background locked.
To use red or another color.......:
Foreground white background locked.
Use
> This setting:
Draw a line round your heart.
On the lace or beside the edge.
Use your imagination.
Option....... new layer.
Draw half a bow.
In your Layer Pallet Duplicate.
Images > Mirror.
Draw the button and ribbons.
Lock your merged layer for now.
Go stand on one of the bow layers and merge visible.
Give your bow an inner bevel:
Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel > Frame.

If you want to
export as a Gif you have to decide
what color your background will be.
If you made the heart with white lace, set your bg color to white. For red, use red, for gold use dark yellow.
Your Valentine heart is finished!!
