What you need:
PSP 8. Download a 30
day
trial here. The ZIP with materials download here.
Unzip and open in PSP.
Open the fonts and minimize them.
you will see them in your text menu.

Open a new image 450 X 300
> Transparent.
Foreground color to #81704E.
Background color to #301B12.
Click
and use DF Calligraphic Ornaments you opened.
Size 150, stroke 2.0, centered and bold checked.
Type capital Z.
With make your font fill your image.
In PSP 8 by pulling the red nodes.
Layer
Palette > Convert to raster.
Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel.
Open the vector-line.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
With place on the bottom of your font border just above
the curl. Maybe it won't fit exactly but we need the shape.
Background color to pattern and look for your
panther pattern you found in the ZIP.
Next step depends on the length of your name.
Mine is only 3 characters so your starting point will
be different if your name is 5. Experiment with your name
till it fit's nicely in the scroll image
Resize your font if necessary.
Click
and change your font to Bauhaus Hv BT Font.
Watch the blue hand.... set join to round join.
If you don't see this option..... click the black arrow
next to the red hand. You will see it then.
Move your mouse over your pasted vector-line.
The shape is changing.
You will see the rocking chair.
Click about where you see my black A.
Again...... if you have a longer name, you have to
move left or adjust your font size
Apply.
In your layer palette, click the plus on your Vector layer (+).
Lock your shape layer.
Layer Palette > Convert to raster.
Repeat the inner bevel.
Open ck_koshini-pw.psp (ZIP) and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
With move to the right edge.
Her hands have to lean on your shape.
Save your tag or animate with the noise option.
How???
Select the parts you like to animate.
Your name perhaps and some parts of the girl.
Layers > Merge > Merge
visible.
Duplicate this layer twice.
You have three layers. Activate the top one (= blue).
Adjust > Add noise/.... >
Add noise.
Repeat on your second layer and layer 3 but change
the amount to 35 (layer 2) and 45 (layer 3).
Save as panther-women.psp and open in Animation Shop.
