What you need:
PSP 8 or 9. Download a 30 day
trial here.
Materials: Download here.
Open the tubes, the mask and gold patterns in PSP.
Open the font and minimize to your taskbar.
You will see the font in your text tool.
Save often.

Open a new image 350 X 350
> Transparent.
Foreground to pattern and open the MD-Gold-5.jpg.
Texture unchecked (=blue hand).
Background to #4d1c1b.
Fill your image with the gold pattern.
Open the MD-Lace-Mask.jpg from the ZIP.
Go back to your image.
Layers > New mask layer > From image.
Look for the opened MD-Lace-Mask.jpg.
Apply.
Layers > Merge > Merge group.
Adjust > Sharpen > Sharpen.
With your rectangle selection tool (feather 0) select the inner part.
This won't work with your magic wand since
the mask isn't smooth on the inside.
Selections > Modify > Expand 10 pixels.
Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel.
Selections > Modify > Contract with 10 pixels.
Click delete.
Selections > Modify > Expand 2 pixels
Layers > New raster layer.
In your Layer
Palette >Move
down.
Fill the selection with #4d1c1b.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible.
Open the MD-Floral-1.psp from the ZIP and copy.
Back to your tag:
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
With move down (see screenshot).
Open the MD-Floral-2.psp from the ZIP and copy.
Back to your tag:
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
With move up (see screenshot).
Open the MD-Floral-3.psp from the ZIP and copy.
Back to your tag:
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
With move to the top left (see screenshot).
Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Mirror.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible.
Foreground style locked and background to pattern.
Look for the opened MD-Goud-1.jpg.
Texture unchecked (=blue hand).
Click
and look for the Falstaff Festival MT font (in ZIP).
B for Bold > Size 28 > Stroke 0,0 > Anti-alias checked.
It is important to center (last hand) if you type more lines at once.
Type your text.
Convert to raster (PSP 7, 8, 9
& 10).
Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow.
If you like to add more text, repeat the text steps.
My name is done at size 14.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible.
Your Lace Tag is done.
