What you need:
PSP 8. Download a 30
day
trial here. VM (Visman) Distortion (free) download here.
I used on my text Eye Candy 3.1. Get it here.
Unzip to your folder plugins in PSP.
Close PSP and start again, so your filters will load.
ZIP with materials download here.
Extra clothing sets download here.
Open tubes in PSP. I'm no tuber but I did my best.
Let's get started.....

Open a new image 400 X 400
> Transparent.
Open MD-Dress.psp (ZIP) copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Effects > Plugins > VM Distortion > Center Mirror.
Move the figure a little to the right.
Background color to white.
Foreground to pattern > Find MD-Gold.psp.
Click
choose a straight bold font.
I used Rockwell Extra Bold. Download here.
Open the font and minimize.
You will find it in your menu.
I used size 48 if you use another font, maybe
you have to adjust that. Set your stroke to 3.
Have your text centered. Click the B to make your text Bold.
Type your text. I typed Huggies >
Enter > Mar.
Apply.
In your Layer Palette, rename this layer >
Text.
Layers > Convert to raster.
Move your text over the middle of your figure.
Put on the right spot you can't replace later.
Copy and paste the dress to see if there's enough space on the left.
The skirt is very width and it has to fit under the H.
If all fits, click undo and remove the dress.
Take your magic wand .
These settings:
Click in the white of the text.
Because we have chosen the add mode, you can
select all your letters and don't need to hold shift.
With lasso tool select the
part of the hanger as shown below.
Hit delete to remove the left part.
Selections > None.
Open the MD-Hat.psp and the MD-shoe.psp.
Copy and paste both as a new layer.
With move to the right spots see screenshot below.
Don't merge yet, we're animating the letters.
Open MD-Bag.psp and copy.
Paste as a new layer.
Move the handle of the bag over the S.
Select the part that's on the S hit delete.
Selections > None.
With crop tool crop your image now .
In PSP 8 you can do this very precise by pulling the nodes.
In your layer palette, activate layer "Text" (=
blue).
Selections > Load/save > Load from alpha channel.
Choose your saved selection.
You will see the white of your text selected again.
Click 2 times Shift D to copy.
Image 1:
Adjust > Add noise/.... >:
I did check Monochrome.
Uncheck and you will have a colored noise.
Use what you like.
Layers > Merge >
Merge visible.
Save as Fashion-tag-1.psp.

Layers > Merge >
Merge visible.
Save as Fashion-tag-2.psp.
Image 3:
Adjust > Add noise/.... >:
Layers > Merge >
Merge visible .
Save as Fashion-tag-3.psp.

Don't forget to adjust your background color in Animation Shop.
My frame properties are 5 and 10 seconds per frame.
