I did this for you since I also can't get it done in the later
versions of
PSP. I wrote this tutorial in PSP 7 so maybe some things got
changed.
Effects > Texture effects > Blinds > Color #fa66b5.
Effects > Plugins > MuRa's
Seamless > Stripes.
This time change the number to 4.
Effects > Texture effects > Blinds > Settings like before.
***
Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow > Black.
Selections > Invert.
Repeat the drop shadow like before.
Again drop shadow but this time Vert. and Horiz. to - 10.
With your magic wand select the yellow border and fill with #d55393.
Repeat the inner bevel and the drop shadow at 2 and - 2.
Selections > None.
Open the MD-vector.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Click
and look for the opened LainieDaySH font (in ZIP).
Size 72 > Stroke 0,0 > B for Bold > Align: Center > Anti-alias checked.
Move your mouse over the right side of your vector shape.
The mouse changes. Looks like a rocker.
Click about the point where the white A is in the screenshot.
Type your text. I used 'Welcome'.
If you use more than one text line, maybe you
will have to begin
your text on another place or use the spacebar first.
Using the spacebar pushes your text up.
Look at your Layer Palette.
Layer Palette > You still have a vector layer.
Click the plus sign. You will see a menu.
Close your oval shape layer (red cross on the eye).
In the Layer Palette > Convert to raster (PSP 7, 8 & 9).
With move the text a little down until the curve
touches the oval with the woman inside (see screenshot).
Repeat drop shadow at 2.
Open the MD-DesignRose.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move the rose like on the screenshot below.
In your Layer Palette move this layer below your text layer.
Put the mode for this layer to Luminance (Legacy) and keep the opacity at 100.
Open the MD-DesignRose-2.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move the rose like on the screenshot below.
Put the mode for this layer to Luminance (Legacy) and keep the opacity at 100.
Look at the 3 corners in the ZIP and make a choice.
Move the small diamond shape like on the screenshot below.
Repeat drop shadow at 2.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible.
In your Layer Pallet > Duplicate. Do this another 2 times.
You now have 4 layers and if all went well you are on the top layer (=blue).
With your magic wand (tolerance 0) select the first black diamond.
If you have troubles with that because the selection goes into the black
of your background........ use the lasso tool to select . Zoom in.
Fill the diamond with #baa48d.
Selections > Select none.
Lock this layer for now.
Now select the 'copy of merged (2)' layer (= Is blue).
With your magic wand or the lasso select
the large pink diamond and fill with #baa48d.
Selections > Select nothing.
Lock this layer for now.
Now select the 'copy of merged' layer (= Is blue).
Select the little black diamond and fill with #baa48d.
Selections > Select nothing.
Lock this layer for now.
At last select the merged' layer (= Is blue).
Now choose the little pink diamond and fill with #baa48d.
Selections > Select none.
Unlock all layers
Save your tag as Design-tag.psp.
Animation Shop doesn't recognize the PSP 8 and 9 extensions
*.pspimage so you have to save as PSP 6 or 7 file. Do it like this:
Save as > Click options and choose save as PSP 7 or 6 compatible file.
Open Animation Shop (AS) .
Get your file, you have 4 frames now.
Click Ctrl A to select all frames.
If you want to you can also reduce the size of your tag in AS.
Animation > Change size of animation.
Your Design Tag is done.
