ZIP with materials: Download here.
Open all images from the ZIP in PSP.
Open the font
and minimize to your taskbar.
You will see the font in your text tool.
Save often.

Open the Tropical-Cocktail-base.psp in PSP.
Selections > Selections load/save > Selection load from alpha channel.
Click on the little arrow (blue hand) and choose Skyline.
Fill the selection with #c7ba83.
Selections > None.
Selections > Selections load/save > Selection load from alpha channel.
Click on the little arrow (blue hand) and choose Sun-1.
Fill the selection with #fbf0c2.
Selections > None.
Selections > Selections load/save > Selection load from alpha channel.
Click on the little arrow (blue hand) and choose Sun-2.
Fill the selection with #e1d89f.
Selections > None.
Open the MD-skyline.jpg from the ZIP.
Open a new image 500 X 235 and fill with #7e7d3d.
Layers > New mask layer > From image.
Find MD-skyline.jpg.
Apply.
Layers > Merge > Merge group.
Edit > Copy. Go back to your original.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
With place the palm trees on the horizon.
Make sure it fits.
Layers > Duplicate.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible
layers.
Selections > Selections load/save > Selection load from alpha channel.
Click on the little arrow (blue hand) and choose Woman-1.
Layers > New raster layer.
Fill both selections with black #000000.
Selections > None.
Selections > Selections load/save > Selection load from alpha channel.
Click on the little arrow (blue hand) and choose Woman-2.
Layers > New raster layer.
Now open the MD-cocktal-dress.jpg from the ZIP.
Foreground to pattern and find the
MD-cocktal-dress.jpg.
Scale to 50 and the angle to 75.
Fill both selections with the pattern.
Open the MD-Cocktail-flower.psp from the ZIP and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
With place the flower on the hair.
Lock the bottom layer.
Select the top layer (=blue).
Layers > Merge >
Merge visible layers.
Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow.
Open the MD-Cocktail-glass.psp from the ZIP and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
With place the glass in her hand.
Repeat the drop shadow as before.
Unlock the bottom layer.
Layers > Merge > Merge all
flatten.
Add borders > 10 Pixels > Color red > Symmetric.
Select the new border (feather 0, tolerance 20).
Fill the selection with #ded59d.
Effects > 3D-effecs > Inner bevel > Color #7e7d3d.
Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow as before.
Repeat the drop shadow but this time Vert. and Horiz. at -10.
Add borders > 5 Pixels > Color red > Symmetric.
Select the new border (feather 0, tolerance 20).
Fill the selection with #fbf0c2.
Add borders > 10 Pixels > Color red > Symmetric.
Select the new border (feather 0, tolerance 20).
Fill the selection with #fbf0c2.
Repeat the inner bevel like before.
No drop shadow.
No we have to reduce the size of the tag:
Copy your tag.
Open a new image 400 X 400.
Selectons > Select all. Edit > Paste > Paste into selection.
As you can see, you hardly lost any quality.
Had you reduced the size with for instance
75% than the tag would not have been so nice anymore.
Try it and see the differents.
Foreground style locked and background to #ded59d.
Click
and use an nice font.
I used AustralianFlyingCorpsStecil. It's in the ZIP.
B of Bold > Size 36 > Stroke 0,0 > Anti-alias checked.
Type your text. I used "Cheers".
Convert to raster (PSP all
versions).
Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow > Black.
If you want to add your name, repeat the text steps.
If your text is finished....... Layers > Merge > Merge all layers
flatten.
You Tropical Cocktail Tag is
done.
