The ANIMATION
This part is only for advanced  PSP-ers:

Make the tutorial with above instructions but leave the painter out.
If all is done (without the painter), duplicate the layer 6 times in
your Layer Pallet. Lock all layers except the bottom one.

You have 7 layers. Make sure you are on the bottom one (= blue).
Paste your painter and put in place. Rotate the painter 25% to the left.
You might have to replace the painter. Do so if necessary.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers. Rename this layer to 7.
Now open the second layer from the bottom. Paste your painter.
Rotate the painter 15% to the left. Now put the background
(copy 2 of background) the opacity to 35%.

See if the top of the swing is exact at the same place as the layer beneath
It does? Lock your bottom layer and put the opacity of the first copy layer
back to 100% and merge visible. Make sure the bottom layer is locked.
You only merge 2 layers. Rename this to 6. Open the third layer from the bottom.

Again paste your painter. Don't rotate. Again put the background to 35%
and check the top of the swing is at the same spot as the layer beneath.
It is? Make sure only your painter layer and the layer beneath are open
and your opacity is back to 100. Merge visible. Rename the layer 5.
Now you have 3 numbered layers and the layers above. Open layer 4.

Repeat the above steps to the 2 next layers but rotate your painter to the to the
rights instead of to the left. Begin with 15% and the second 25%.
Keep looking if the top of the swing lines with the previous.
Don't forget to put the opacity back to 100 before you merge visible.
Make sure all layers are locked except the 2 layers to merge.
Rename your layers 4 and 3.

Rotate the painter in your runner up layer at 15% to the right and the top layer
not rotated. Rename the layers 2 and 1. After merging the last layer visible
you have 7 merged layers where the painter swings. Check it out.
If your painter doesn't swing you can undo some steps to correct it.
Save your file as AYS.psp. Notice.... not as AYS.PSPimage (PSP 8, 9 and 10)
because Animation Shop can't read this type of extension.
In AS put all your frames (Ctrl-A) to a speed of 40.

Your "At Your Service" Tag is done.
