You can Drag & Drop the below hand
for a easy use of this tutorial.

What you need:
Corel PSP. Download a 30 day trial here.
Materials:
Download here (1.75 Mb).
Open all images from the ZIP in PSP.

Save often.
Let's
get started. Good luck.....

This tutorial is done in PSP 9.
Open a new image 400 X 400 and fill with white.

Layers > New raster layer.
Fill this layer with #b3a690.

Open the MD-Promises-Mask.jpg from the ZIP.

Layers > New mask layer > From image.

Look for the MD-Promises-Mask.jpg and apply.

Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.

Open the bride tube made by my dear friend Silke.
(Thanks Hun. The PSP community and I appreciate it).
Danke Silke, ich lieben deiner art!! Das ist super!

Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize 25 - 35.

Copy the bride and go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move the bride to the left.

Open the MD-Ribbon.psp and copy.
I made the ribbons myself using the refection effect pattern in PSP.
Go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move  to the top against the edge of your image.

Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Flip.

Open the MD-Chain.psp and copy.
Go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move onto the middle of the ribbon.

Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Flip.

Open the MD-Fan.psp and copy.
Go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move to the left side of the bride.

Image > Rotate > Free rotation > 35 To the left.

Set the opacity of this layer to 60.

Open the MD-Pin.psp and copy.

Go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move on the small hole at the bottom of the fan.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers.

If all went well you now have something like this:

Open the MD-Chain-2.psp and copy.

Go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move beneath the other border at the top.
Make sure it is in the middle.

Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Flip.

Open the MD-Heart.psp and copy.

Go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move as on the screenshot below.
Make sure the heart hangs on the 11th  bead.
So 10 left, 10 right and hang the heart on the middle bead.

Now open the MD-Alpha.psp sheet.
Think of the text you want to use. I use "Promises" myself.
With your rectangle selection tool (feather 0) select the
first letter for your text. For me that will be the letter P.
Notice....There are light and darker letters to choose from.
I will start of with a dark letter.

Copy your letter and go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

With move above the second chain.

Image > Rotate > Free rotation > 25 To the left.

Go back to your letter sheet and select the next letter.
You can choose between a light and a dark one.
I used the light letter R this time.
Copy
and go back to your tag.

Copy your letter and go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move  next to the first letter.
See if you want to rotate the letter or not.
If you rotate some letters changes
the settings from left to right and back.
Rotate some between 10 and 25 degrees.
II rotated my R to 10 degrees to the right.

Repeat these steps until your word is up there.

My result:

If you are making a tag in other  colors, first
colorize the letter sheet to a matching color.

If you are satisfied......
Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.

Image > Add borders > 10 Pixels > Color red.

With your magic wand (feather 0) select the red border.

Background to pattern.
Look for the MD-Promis-Pattern.jpg from the ZIP.
Texture unchecked (=blue hand).

Fill the selection with the pattern.

Selections > None.

Open the MD-Chain-3.psp and copy.

Go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move against the last
created 10 pixel border at the left.

Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Mirror.

Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.

Your "Promises" Tag is done.
