Open the MD-SN-Lamp.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Put your selection tool to circle.
(Feather 25 > Anti-alias
checked).
Select the bulb of the lamp.
Begin just above the black dot in the middle (see hand).
With your lasso (free hand) selection tool (feather to 5) select
the middle of the ring at the black and click delete to remove
it.
Lock your bottom layer for now.
Make sure you have the top layer selected (=blue).
Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers.

Put the mode of the lamp layer to
"Hard
light".
Layers > Merge > Merge all
layers flatten.
Open the MD-night4.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move this banner against the bottom.
As you can see I have kept it wide enough so you
only have to focus on putting it at the bottom edge.
Open the MD-SN-Lampglow.psp
and copy.
It looks like this image is empty but that's a deception.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Put the mode of this layer to "Dodge".
See?? It is there alright.
Move the aura over the lamp like on the screenshot below.

Move this layer against the orange banner.
Put the mode of this layer to "Burn".
Open the MD-nightman.psp and
copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move this layer against the left side of
the image and against the burned
banner.
Put the mode of this layer to "Dodge".
Layers > Merge > Merge all
layers flatten.
Open the MD-night5.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Put the opacity of this layer to 60.
Move this layer over the transition
of the orange and the dark banner.
Put the mode of this layer to "Overlay".
Open the MD-night6.psp and copy.

Move this layer so it looks like the lights are
leaving (or entering) the head of your wire man.
Put the mode of this layer to Overlay and the opacity to 60.
Open the MD-night7.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Put the opacity of this layer to 50.
Keep the mode at Normal.
Move this layer to the top of your image so it doesn't cover the orange banner at the bottom.
Be accurate and make sure it fits at the left and right side.
Layers > Merge > Merge all
layers flatten.
Open the MD-night8.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Put this layer to "Overlay" and the opacity to 60.
Move this layer over the orange banner at the bottom.
Open the MD-night9.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Put the mode of this layer to "Soft light" and the opacity to 60.
Move this over the light bulb.
Layers > Merge > Merge all
layers flatten.
Background to black and foreground locked.
Click
and look for the opened Windsong font. That's in the ZIP.
Size 40 > Stroke 0,0 >
B for Bold > Anti-alias checked or Sharp.
Type your text. I used "Night Secrets".
In your Layer Palette convert to raster.
Put the mode of your text layer to "Hard light".
Put your text to the left on your dark banner.
Make sure the letter "g" stays on your image.
All of the word has to be visible.
Your Night Secrets Tag is done.
