Flaming Hot Tag
(PSP all versions - No filters)

What you need:
Corel PSPDownload a 30 day trial here.
Materials:
Download here.
Open all images from the ZIP in PSP.

Open the font
and minimize.
You'll see it in your text tool now.

Save often.
Let's
get started. Good luck.....

This tutorial is done in PSP 9.
Open a new image 400 X 400 > Transparent.

Open one of the Flaming Hot images from the ZIP.
Shift-D twice to make two copies.
Copy one of them and set the two aside for now.
 Go back to your 400 X 400 image.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move   the image all the way to the left.

Go back to one of your copies.

Image > Mirror.

Image > Grey scale.
Image > Increase color depth > 16 Million colors.

Copy the image and go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move   the image all the way to the right.

Move the images a little so the left and right image have the
same amount of space and the dividing line is in the middle.

Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.

Go back to your second copy.

Image > Mirror.

With your rectangle selection tool (feather 0) select
two pieces in the photo as on the screenshot below.
Keep the Shit-Key down to select the second part.

Copy the selection and go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move   the pieces over the right woman so they fit.
In your Layer Palette put the opacity of this layer to 80.



Open The MD-HotOverlay.psp and copy,

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
No need to move. It's in the right spot.

Open the MD-LinesMask.jpg,

Open a new image 40 X 410 and fill with #d3af9a.

Layers > New mask layer > From image.

Look for the MD-LinesMask.jpg.
Invert mask data unchecked.

Layers > Merge > Merge group.

Copy the lines and go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
No need to move. It's in the right spot.

Layers > Duplicate.

Image > Rotate > Free rotation > 90 Degrees left.
All layers unchecked.

Move the lines to the bottom.

If all went well you now have this:

Open the MD-Flowermask.

Open a new Image 100 X 340 and fill with white.

Layers > New mask layer > From image.

Look for the MD-FlowerMask.jpg.
Invert mask data checked.

Layers > Merge > Merge group.

Copy the flower and go back to your tag.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move   the flower a little up so the bottom touches the lines.
Put the mode of the layer to "Soft Light" and the opacity to 70.


Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.

Open the MD-FlamingHot-Banner.psp and copy.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move the banner half over the lines at the bottom.

Foreground locked and background to #d3af9a.

Click and look for the opened Young Love ES font. That's in the ZIP.
Size 36 > Stroke 0,0 > B for Bold > Anti-alias checked or Sharp.

Type your text.
I used "Flaming Hot".

Layers > Convert to raster.

Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow > Color black.

Move your text over the banner.

Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten.

Image > Add borders > 2 Pixels > #2a1618.

Image > Add borders > 15 Pixels > #d3af9a.

With your magic wand (feather 0) select the peach border.

Effects > Texture effects > Blinds > Color #744b2d.


Selections > None.

Image > Add borders > 2 Pixels > #2a1618.

Open the MD-FlamingHot-Corner and copy.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move  to the left upper corner.

Repeat the drop shadow as before.

Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Mirror.

Lock you background for now.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers.
Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Flip.

Unlock your background.

Layers > Merge > Merge flatten.

Your Flaming Hot Tag is done.
