Victorian Background for Stationery

Open image, mask and pearl
file in PSP.

Download the  MuRaProfilter here.
Install to your Pluginsfolder  in PSP.
Restart PSP or your plugin won't load.
Collect some other Victorians Masks here.

Save your work often.
Let's begin. Good luck!

Open the Vic-ladies.jpg.
Foreground color #ECE5D & background #FF8080.

New image 240 X 300 transparent.
Fill with background color #ECE5DF.

Open another image 240 X 300 transparent.
fill with foreground color #FF8080.

Masks > From image > Vic-ladies.jpg.

Mask > Invert.
Mask >
Delete.
Click yes.



Copy and paste on the first image.



Image
> Add borders > 10 Right.



  Wand  
tolerance 1.

Select the border.

Effects > 3D effects >
Inner bevel.
Apply.



Toggle your palette.

Repeat adding borders and the inner bevel.

Toggle again and repeat the steps.

Background color beige (#ECE5D).

Image >
Canvas size.



This setting:

Apply.
With your wand > select the beige.
New layer.
Fill with pink color.
Open  Vic-BG.jpg.

Go back to your stationery.
Masks >
New > From image > Vic-BG.jpg.
Apply.
Masks >
Delete.
Click yes.

In your layer palette >
Move your slider to 35.



Merge
> All flatten.

Selections >
Invert.
Effects > 3D effects
> Drop shadow.
Settings:

Keep selected.

Effects > Plugins > MuRaPro > Seamless.



Effects > 
Plugins > MuRaPro.

Selections > None.

Open Parelrand.psp you found in the ZIP.
Copy and paste as a new layer
.

Stay in the beige part
Make sure top and bottom do fit exactly.

Repeat MuRaPro Seamless.
Freehand 
select the blurry pearls.



Click delete.

Freehand  select the big pearl.
Copy and paste as a new layer on your stationery.
Selections > none.

With place as connection exactly where the
pearls connect and you did delete the blurry pearls.

Layers > Merge > Merge all layers flatten.
Export as a JPG and use it in a stationery.

Here and here again the results.
