What you need:
Eye Candy 3.1 (free plugin). Download here.
Extract to your folder plugins in PSP 8.
Other materials download here.
Extract MD-Skating-scroll.PspSelection to your folder 'Selections'. Open the Bridge.jpg and the MD-Skating tube in PSP.
Before we get started I want to tell you that a lot of scripts
won't work in PSP 8 illegal Cracks.
Please make sure your copy of PSP 8 is a valid and licensed one.
The full version only costs $ 99 unboxed and a upgrade costs $ 49.
We have a lot of fun for that money. Think what would happen if you didn't
have your PSP to work with. You would probably bore yourself to dead.

Open the Bridge.jpg from the ZIP.
If you choose to take an other image please make sure
the height is about 250 en de width between 350 and 375 pixels.
Right click the background layer and convert to raster.
In your script menu search the OneStepPhotoFix.
Click the blue arrow to apply the script.
The Color changes and it will change brightness,
This step is not for every picture so see the result first.
If you are not satisfied click undo.
Adjust > Softness > Soft Focus > Preset Dream.
Image > Canvas size 500 X 350.
Effects > Geometric effects > Cylinder vertical.
In your Layer Pallet >
Right click Raster 1.
Duplicate.
On layer 1 blendmode to multiply
Layers > Merge >
Merge visible.
Effects > Distortion effects > Wave.
Crop off the both sides.
In PSP 8 it's easy. Pull the tool around the part of your image
you want to crop. Zoom in real close and move the edges exactly
to the sides. Leave space on top and bottom. If the red line is as it
suds > double click the image and you have what you need.
Image > Canvas size. Make sure your image is
427 X 343 pixels.
If not change..
Image > Change size. Unlock aspect ratio
Selections > Selections load/save > Selection load from disk.
Look for the MD-Skating-scroll you saved in the selection folder.
Effects > Texture effects > Blinds > color #625A44.
In your Layer Pallet move below the merged layer.
Merge visible and save as ***.JPG in your stationery folder.
Open a new image 150 X 150.
Fill with #E6DCB6 and repeat the Texture > Blinds.
Save as ***bg.JPG in your stationery folder.
Open the script for a top scroll (ZIP).
Put the image and the background in and finish as you always do.
Your Skating Top Scroll is ready.
