What you need.
Eye Candy 3.1 (free) download here.
Extract to your folder Plugins in PSP.
Other things you need in this Zip.
Put the *.jgd files in your folder Gradients in PSP.
Extract the Basket.BMP to your folder Patterns in PSP.

Save often!
Let's begin. Good luck.
Open a new image
350 X 450 background black.
Foreground style
locked, background color #FFFFFF.
Go to
.
Find Button 035 and draw it 140 X 140.
Check at the left bottom.
Convert to raster.
Effects >
Texture effects > Fur.
This setting.
Effects > Blur >
Gaussian blur 2.
With the same button, draw a
rectangled small ellipse.
With
click on your ellipse(1).
Hold Ctrl-key in these three steps.
Pull the upper right node to the right (2).
Click on the middle node left. Push upwards (3).
The middle bottom node goes to the right (4).
Duplicate this layer. Lock
this layer.
Select layer 2 (blue).
Convert to raster.
Cross out your background layer.
Effects > Texture effects > Fur, same setting.
Effects > Blur > Gaussian blur 2.
Activate your top layer (copy of layer 2 =
blue).
Image> Resize.
!!! Watch out, all layers unchecked.
In your layer palette click the plus of copy of layer
2.
Click the plus of Button 035 and click Color.
Layer 'Color'
becomes bold.
Right click and choose properties.
In vector
properties choose as a fill gradient.
Find your MD-bunny-rose.
Pick sunburst, this setting:
Apply.
Convert to raster.
Cross out layer 1 (the head).
Merge visible.
Duplicate.
Image > Mirror.
Open all layers and move layer 1 (head) all the way up.
The ears are behind the head. With
put into place.
You must have this now:
With
pick Bowie.
Leave it red or......
Click the plus of that layer and the plus of Bowie.
Click Rounded Rectangle (Bold).
Properties and fill with whatever you like.
I chose #82AE82.
Repeat on the 2 bottom
layers Drawing.
They
become bold one by one,
you see all three because of the screenshot.
If your bow is to your liking,
convert to raster.
Background
style, gradient MD-bunny-rose.
Foreground locked.
With
choose Heart 1.
Draw the heart, from bottom to
top.
Convert to raster.
Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.
Effects > Blur > Gaussian blur 2.
With
choose Tear Drop.
Draw the shape like in the second
example.
In your layer palette, click
the plus.
Click Tear Drop (Bold).
Properties > Gradient > MD-Bunny-neus.
Convert to raster.
Effects > 3D effects > Inner
bevel.
Same setting as before.
Effects > 3D effects >
Drop shadow.
In
pick again Button 035.
Draw an eye. The shadow must be on
top.
If not, image > Flip.
Convert to raster.
Duplicate.
With
put into place.
If you follow all steps, you must
have this:
In
pick Button 015.
Draw a pupil.
Convert to raster.
Duplicate.
With
put in place.
Lock your background layer.
In
again pick Tear Drop.
Draw like on the sceenshot below.
Repeat the vector fill with the
MD-bunny-rose.
Convert to raster.
Effects > 3D effects > Inner
bevel.
Same setting.
In your layer palette move below the nose.
Pick Shape Button 05.
Draw a tooth.
Click the plusses and fill layer 'light' with white.
Move this layer below the nose layer.
Convert to raster.
Duplicate.
With
put into place.
In
search Starburst 1.
Draw width.
Convert to raster.
Select the part that overlaps and
hit delete.
Move below the nose layer.
Merge visible, black layer still
locked.
Background
color black and foreground locked.
Search
again Tear Drop. Retain style
unchecked.
Draw over the top of the ear a
Tear Drop.
Draw bottom to top or...image > Flip.
With
click Tear Drop.
In your tool options pick node edit.
Click the node bottom middle.
Pull both ends out.
Convert to raster.
Effects > Texture effects > Fur
>Same setting as before.
Repeat also the Gaussian blur at 2.
Duplicate.
Image > Mirror.
With
move into place. Merge visible.
Background color #C0C0C0.
Pick
again Tear Drop, same setting.
Draw the shape like below.
Convert to raster.
Effects > Texture effects >
Fur > Same setting.
Repeat the effect Fur.
Repeat the blur but now at 3.
Image > Flip.
Move this body below your merged
layer.
Open new image 275 X 120
transparent.
In your patterns look for Basket.
Fill with Basket Pattern.
Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel > Metallic.
Selections > None.
Move the layer below your sign.
Background
color white, foreground locked.
With
choose Ellipse.
Draw an ellipse, like below.
Convert to raster.
Repeat the Fur and the Blur, blur at 3.
Duplicate.
Image > Mirror.
Pick a nice font and a gradient. I liked this rainbow.
Type your text at
size 48.
With
pull your name or text to the size you like.
Convert to raster.
Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel >
Metallic.
Effects > Plugins
> Eye Candy 3.1.
Effects > 3D effects >
Drop shadow.
You can delete your background layer.
It was just to have a better view.
You can cut and paste your letters
one by one.
With
put into place.
Duplicate your image
(Shift D) same amount as
the letters or words you did use.
First image:
Lock the layers with the letters or words not used yet.
Merge visible.
Save as Tag 1.psp.
In your second image, add a letter
or word.
Merge visible.
Save as Tag 2.psp.
Repeat these steps for every letter or word.
Go to Animation Shop and make yourself an animation.
You can also resize in Animation Shop.
I did resize with 75%.
If you resize in Animation Shop, export your
framesto PSP and
use Sharpen > Sharpen.
!!! Tip..... !!!
You also can make a bear or kitty.
The differences are:
The ears, but with
you can model each ear to your liking.
I colorized after each Gaussian blur.
For the kitty I used Hue 25 - Saturation
100.
Moustache on the nose, instead of below.
The little top mouth I give a fur effect.
The eyes are shapes 'Eye'
I did lock of different layers.
The tail is half an Eyebrow.
Here also I did lock of different layers before converting.
