Wrapper Frame

What you need:
 Filter Almathera Warper
 Filter DC Special Sci Frame
A picture, or use this one by Nancy Cole:

Open your picture and set your background on
a dark color of your image, add a border size 10 pixels.
Selections > Select all.
Selections > Modify > Contract 10.
Selections > Invert.
 



Or.... fill whatever color you like.
Effects > 3D effectes > Inner bevel:




Add a drop shadow: Horiz. and Vert. 2.
Opacity 88 blur 6,3 - Color black.

Change your background color to
a light color from your image.
Add a border size 20.
Select.
Plugins > Almathera > Pick: A Warper


This setting, click OK.
Selections > None.
Select the part round your circle.

Go to DC Special plugin pick SciFrame2.



Change the two upper settings.
Apply and leave selected.
Click your background color and write down the
saturation and hue  (with me its 49 en 63).




Colors > Colorize.
Fill in the numbers in the boxes.




Repeat inner bevel.

Background on the dark color again.
Add a border 10 pixels.
Selections > Select all.
Selections > Modify > Contract 10.
Selection > Invert.
Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.
Add another drop shadow > Same settings.

You can decorate your frame with a nice corner
or leave as it is. Play with the colors of the
DC Special Filter. Good luck!
