Save often.

Let's get started!

With pick two colors from your image.
Left = foreground
. Right = background.
Because I used the above picture,
I picked #A0374F and #60587F for my background.

Open new image 350 X 350 > Transparent.
Fill with background color.
Open your Horse-msk.jpg (you just downloaded) in PSP.

Masks >
From image > Find the Horse-msk.jpg mask.

Apply.
Masks >
Delete > Yes.

Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.

Lock your background color.

In
choose Ellipse.

Hold shift and draw a circle 225 x 225.
You can check your taskbar.

Layers > Convert to raster.
Effects > 3D effects >
Inner bevel as before.
With
move the border against the horse feet.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible.
With click in your circle.
Selections >
Modify > Expand 3 pixels.

Layers > New raster layer.
Unlock your background color.
Fill your selection with the background color.

Selections > None.

Send this layer to the bottom.

Lock again your background color.
Draw another circle 200 X 200 this time.
Hold shift.
Check your taskbar.

Convert to raster.
Effects > 3D effects >
Inner bevel as before.

With move to the middle part.

With click in your last made circle.

Selections > Modify > Expand 3 pixels.
Selections >
Save to alpha channel.

Layers > New layer.

Copy the image you want to use.
Edit > Paste > Paste into selection.
Selections >
None.

Move this layer below your circle layer.

If all went well you must have this:

Lock your merged layer .
Activate the top layer (=blue).

Merge visible.
Rename this layer
"Image".
Move image layer below the merged layer.

Open new image 400 X 400 > Transparent.
Draw a circle 340 X 340.
Hold shift.
Check your taskbar.

Convert to raster.
Effects > 3D effects >
Inner bevel as before.

Copy this circle and paste as a new layer on your frame.
Close your new image.

With click in your last made circle.

Selections > Modify > Expand 3 pixels.
Layers > New layer.

Foreground style to gradient.
C
hoose foreground-background.

Fill the new layer with the gradient.
Leave selection.
Move the opacity of this layer to 50 or 60.
Move this layer to the bottom.

New layer.
Still selected, fill this layer with white.
Move to bottom.
Selections >
None.

Because your horses are vanishing a little, activate
the layer with the horse (=blue) and give a drop shadow.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible.

Layers > New layer.

Selections > Load from alpha channel.

Effects > 3D effects > Cut out.

Merge visible.
