What you need:
Filter: VideoRave (Harry's Filters 2)
download here.
Install in your folder Plugins in PSP.
Unzip the tube from
this zip open in PSP.
An image of your choice. I used one by
Vovo Tzeng.
Vovo has beautiful art, please visit her site.
Don't forget to
safe Often!!!
Foreground color #9F540E.
Background color #4E7771.
Open your image.
I used this
gorgeous one by Vovo.
Add borders > 10 Pixels.
Select
the green border.
Tolerance 25. Feather 0.
Fill with foreground color.
Effects > 3D effects >
Inner
bevel. Setting 'bead'.
Effects > 3D effects >
Drop
shadow:
Repeat with Horiz. and
Vert. at - 2.
Add borders > 25 Pixels.
Select the border.
Effects > Plugins > Videorave
> Nail-art.
The first values are best used
between 20 en 30.
I did use 21.
This depends on the size of your image.
Second value is always zero.
Apply.
Repeat Nail Art plugin but
default setting.
Apply.
Effects > Blur >
More.
Effects > Geometric effects >
Ripple:
Add borders> 10
Pixels .
Select
the green border.
Tolerance 25. Feather 0.
Fill with foreground color.
Effects > 3D effects >
Inner
bevel. Setting: bead.
Effects > 3D effects > Drop
shadow at 2 and again at -2.
Open the tube I provided in the
zip.
Copy and paste on your frame.
With
move to the top left corner.
In your layer palette,
duplicate this layer.
Image > Mirror. Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Flip. Layers > Duplicate.
Image > Mirror.
Layers > Merge > Merge all
flatten.
Your Nail-art Frame is finished.
