What you need is in this ZIP.

Let's begin.
Good luck with your Innocent Frame.

Foreground color to #769E7D.

Open your image or use the arum (ZIP).
If you want your borders the same as in the
example...., make sure your image is 285 x370 .
You can use another size, but your borders will be different then.

Step 1:
Image >
Add borders > 25 Pixels.
(
Symmetric, color white).

Step 2:
With your wand select the white border.
Fill with color; #769E7D.

Step 3:
Effects > Artistic effects > Halftone.

Step 4:
Effects > 3D effects > Outer bevel, color #628763.

Apply.

Step 5:
Effects > Edges > Enhance more.

Step 6:
Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel

Add borders > 25 Pixels > White.

Select the white border.

(Pattern Geometric 05, color #628763).

Repeat Steps 1 to 6.

Selections > None.

Open  MD-innocent-corner.pspimage tube or use your own corner tube.
Copy and paste as a new layer.

Move   the corner between the two borders.

Layers > Duplicate.

Image > Mirror.

Layers > Duplicate.

Image  > Flip.

Layers > Duplicate.

 Image > Mirror.

Open  Innocent.pspimage (zip) Copy and paste as a new layer.

Move  your image, it must look like the little child is sitting on the
edge of your frame. Watch out, the teddy bear has to sit too!!!

Merge all flatten.

Your image is quite big, so you want to resize perhaps with 85 of 90%.
After:
Adjust >
Sharpen > Sharpen.

Your  Innocent Frame is done.
I hope you liked it, and learn something new !

The kiddy tubes aren't mine.

the Jazzle list. Are they yours??
