Open a new image 400 X 300 > Transparent.
With your color picker choose 2 colors from your picture.
For my background I used #C6736A.
And for my foreground color #A4B1BC.
Adjust your colors to your picture or use a gold or silver fill (see below).

Lock your foreground color.

Click with  your text tool  in your image.
You'll see this screen.
Search in the drop
down menu for ap_hearts > Size 200.
Type the small b for this frame or.......
use another, there're plenty of lovely frames in this font.

With your (deform) pull your frame in the middle of your image.

With the node left bottom, you can pull your
frame into place and make it fit the window.

Layers > Convert to raster.

Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel:

With your lasso tool select the big open heart.
Try to follow the shape. Feather 0.

Copy and paste as a new layer .

Selections > None.

With your  position the open heart over the closed one.

Colors > Colorize.
Llook at the number of your foreground color.
I used 147 X 39.  You find your values here:

Layers > Merge > Merge visible.

With select the big heart on the right.
Hold shift and select the outer two on top.
Selections >
Modify > Expand with 3.

Selections > Save to alpha channel.

Name it "heart fill".

Repeat these steps for the heart in the middle.

So:

ons > Modify > Expand with 3 Pixels.
Save to alpha channel > Name "heart fill 2".

With your magic wand, click in the middle of your frame.
Expand (3) >
Save to alpha channel > Name it: "picture".

You've saved 3 selections:

Selections > Load from alpha channel > Heart fill.
Layers > New raster layer.

Fill your selection with color #A4B1BC.

Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.
Same setting but Ambiance and Shininess at  0.
Apply.

Selections > Load from alpha channel > Heart fill 2.

Fill with color #C6736A.
Repeat the inner bevel.

Selections > Load from alpha channel > Picture.

Copy your picture.
Edit >
Paste > Paste into selection.

Keep selected.
Move this layer below your merged layer.

Layers > New layer.

Effects > 3D effects > Cut out.

Layers > New layer.

Effects > 3D effects > Cut out but V and H at  - 3.

Selections > None.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible.

Click with your wand into the big heart left.
Selections >
Modify > Expand 1.
Repeat the inner bevel, same settings.

Open  MD-Floral.psp tube you found in the zip.
Copy and paste on to your frame.
Place it over the right heart.
Paste again MD-Floral.psp.
Image >
Mirror.
Colors >
Colorize  with the same settings.

Place over the right heart.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible.

Put it on a nice background or..... export as a  GIF.

Because you lose a lot of quality when exporting to GIF,
I use to set the dithering to 75. It helps a little.

You're done. I hope you liked this one.
Try the other ones too.
This font has many possibilities.
