Open the overlay in PSP.
Extract MD-Goldsatin to your folder Patterns in PSP.
Filter Factory T (free): download here.
Look if you really are loading
Filter Factory Gallery T .
Download the file with this
logo.
Extract to your Plugins folder in PSP.

need this file MSVCRT10.DLLdownload here.
Unzip to your Windows/System directory.
For XP to system 32.
You may not need it, but you never know.
With some of the filter factory plugins, you need
PluginCommander to configure the plugin.

Restart PSP to make your plugin load.
Take a look at his wonderful site by clicking the button
below.
Background to #64CDAD.
Foreground to pattern.
Find the MD-Goldsatin.bmp.

Add borders > 3
Pixels.
With
select the green border and fill with MD-Goldsatin.

Add borders > 15
Pixels.
Select the green border.
Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory
Gallery T > Magic Triangles R.
If you use another picture:
Move the sliders till your satisfied with what you have.
Effects > Blur > Gaussian blur 4.
Effects > 3D effects >
Inner
bevel:
Background to #003878.
Add borders
> 25 Pixels.
Select your border.
Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory Gallery T > Ray Dream 1.
If you use another picture, play with the sliders.
Effects > Blur > Gaussian blur
at
4.
Selections > Invert.
Effects > 3D effects > Drop shadow.
Repeat with H and V on -4.
Add borders> 3
Pixels.
With
select and fill with MD-Goldsatin.
Repeat the drop shadow but with H
and V on 2 and -2.
Selections > None.
Open MDoverlay-org.psp you found
in the zip.
Hold shift + D to copy.
Close the original for later use.
Effects > Plugins > Filter Factory
Gallery T > Color Cocktail 1.1. For another picture, play with the sliders for an
effect you like.
Copy and paste the overlay on your frame.
With
move to the bottom left.
Position the left top flower over your gold border.
Add a drop shadow, Hor. and Vert.
to 2.
Paste the overlay once more.

> Mirror.
With
move to the top right.
Use your
and select the left side of your overlay.
Hit delete.
Make some hearts on your flowers. Layers > New raster layer.
Zoom in close.
Selection tool

Feather 0.
Draw tiny circles all around the
heart of your flower.
If you have trouble finding the right spot with
and right mouse
button you can move your selection.

Selections > Modify > Contract 1 or 2. Layers > Merge > Merge all layers
flatten.

effects.
