What you need:
PSP 8. Download a 30 trial here. ZIP with Corners download here.
Unzip MD-Embrase-corners and open in PSP. The Pattern is for use in PSP 7.
In PSP 8 this pattern comes with the program.
Extract Colorful Lens.BMP to your folder Patterns in PSP 7.
An image. I used Lady Lilly by John Shannon.
Selections > All.
Selections > Modify > Contract 12 pixels.
Hit delete to remove the middle part.
This next step, we do repeat 3 times!
Selections > Modify >
Contract 12 pixels.
Fill with #23DF7A.
Selections > Modify >
Contract 12 pixels.
Hit delete.
If you did all steps in order, you have 4 borders now.
Effects > Texture effects > Sculpture (color #218246).
Name of pattern is Colorful Lens
Apply.
With your wand, click between border 1 and 2.
Selections > Modify > Expand 5 pixels.
New raster layer.
Move this layer below your frame layer in your layer palette.
Fill the selection with color: #23DF7A.
Effects > Texture effects > Straw wall >
Color #0602BE.
Apply.
Click with your wand between border 3 and 2.
Selections > Modify > Expand 5 pixels.
In PSP 7 you have to activate your bottom layer to fill.
In PSP 8 you don't need to.
While selecting as PSP 7 user, you have to activate your top layer.
Fill selection with color: #23DF7A.
Effects > Texture effects > Sandstone
> Color #938BD6.
Apply.
Click your wand between the second and first border.
Selections > Modify > Expand 5 pixels.
Copy MD-Embrace-corner-1.pspimage and paste as a new layer.
Move to top left corner.
Repeat with corner 2 but place bottom right.
Merge all layers.
Your Sweet Embrace Frame is done.
