Baby Frame

My grandson Liam - 4 weeks old.

What you need:
 Texturizer filter get it here.
Extract to your folder Plugins in PSP.
Restart PSP to load the filter.

Other things you need are in this this zip.
Extract MD-Bearfur.bmp to your folder Patterns in PSP.
The  MD-babybow.tub and the MD-*.jpg's open in PSP.

Save often.
Let's begin...... good luck!

I used the baby blue, but you can change colors if you want.

Foreground color #6287AC.
Background #FFFFFF.
Open a new image 300 X 350 transparent.
Fill with the baby blue.
Open  MD-frame you did find in the zip.

Masks > New > From image
Find MD-Babyframe.jpg.

Masks > Delete.
Confirm the merging.

Layers > New raster layer.
Fill with white.

Move this layer below your frame layer.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible.

With click your white border and hit delete.

Select the middle white part.
Selections > 
Modify > Contract with 20 pixels
Hit  delete.

Select the remaining white.
Selections > 
Modify > Expand with 3.

Effects > Texture effects > Weave:

Foreground to #4D6881 (depends on your color).
Background to #A3B8CF (depends on your color).

Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel:

Selections > None.

Foreground color white and background locked.

Layers > New raster layer.
With shapes  choose Rounded Rectangle.
This setting.
The dotted line is #8 .
Check Anti-alias only.

Start top left and draw a dotted line round your border .

Effects > Inner bevel > Same setting.
Merge visible.

Layers > New raster layer.

Foreground to #6287AC and draw a dotted line on the inside.

Repeat the inner bevel.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers.

Open the image you want to frame.
Duplicate the image (Shift D) close original.
Resize height to 350 pixels.
Effects > Sharpen > Sharpen.

Masks > From image > MD-CircleGradient.jpg.
Masks >
Delete.
Confirm merging.

Layers > New raster layer.
Foreground #A3B8CF >
Fill your layer.
Effects >
Plugins > Texture > Texturizer > Burlap:

Layers > Merge visible.

Copy.

With your magic wand (feather 0) click
 in the middle of your frame.
Selections >
Expand 5.

Layers > New layer.

Edit > Paste > Paste into selection.

Selections > None.

Move the photo layer below the frame layer.

Open new image 80 X 115 transparent.
Open MD-Bigfluff.jpg.

Foreground style pattern find MD-Bearfur.bmp.
Fill your image.

 

If you use another color,
Colorize the fur. Colors > colorize:
Yellow: Hue 30 - Saturation 250.
Pink: Hue 235 - Saturation 150.
 Lilac: Hue 185 - Saturation 75
Baby green: Hue115 - Saturation 75 etc.

Masks > New > From image > MD-Bigfluff.jpg.

Masks > Delete.
Conferm.

Foreground color to #2F4457.

New layer. Fill with the darker blue.
Move this layer below your fur layer.

Layers > Merge > Merge visible layers.

Click with your wand beside the little bear and hit delete.

Selections invert.
Copy and paste on your frame.

Move    to bottom.

Maybe your color is a bit different.
Colors >
Colorize:

Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel > Same settings.

Effects > 3D effects > Drop shadow:

Open  MD-babybow.tub and export to your
picture brush or copy and paste as a new layer.

Put the bow in the top right corner.

Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel > Same settings.

Apply the same drop shadow too.

Merge visible.

Copy and paste on a background or export as a gif,
use your frame color in the gif exportation.

Your baby frame is done. I hope you had fun!.
