Extract to your folder Plugins in PSP.

Selections > Load from
alpha channel.
If it doesn't work,.... it's also in the zip named Aronskelk.sel
Unzip to your folder 'Selections' in PSP, if
that's the case.
Copy the
flower selection.
Effects > Artistic effects >
Neoncolors.
Apply.
Selections >
None.
You do have the original still copied.
Paste as a new layer
.
With
place exactly over the other flowers.
Pull your slider back to 40%.
Effects > Plugins > MuRa Seamless > Emboss at Alpha.
Open the image by Yeechi Chen or any other you like.
Resize to this size give or take a little....
...change your height to 328 and then...
crop.
You can see the sizes in your taskbar

Effects > Sharpen > Sharpen.
