Arum Lily Frame

What you need:
Eye Candy 3.1 (free filter) Download here.
Mura Seamless (free filter) Download here.
Extract to your folder Plugins in PSP.

Save often.
Let's begin
. Good luck.....

Open  MD-Arum-Lily.psp you found in the zip.

Effects > Plugins > MuRa Seamless > Emboss.

Selections > Load from alpha channel.
If it doesn't work,.... it's also in the zip named Aronskelk.sel 
Unzip to your folder 
'Selections' in PSP, if that's the case.

Copy the flower selection.
Effects >
Artistic effects > Neon colors.

Apply.
Selections >
None.
You do have the original still copied.
Paste as a new layer .

With place exactly over the other flowers.

Pull your slider back to 40%.

Effects > Plugins > MuRa Seamless > Emboss at Alpha.

Open the image by Yeechi Chen or any other you like.
Resize to this size give or take a little....

...change your height to 328 and then... crop.
You can see the sizes in your taskbar .
Effects > 
Sharpen > Sharpen.

Copy and past on to your frame.

With move into place.

Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy 3.1 > Glow:
Shadow color #6C576D.

Selections > All.
Selections >
Float.
Selections > 
Modify > Expand 5 pixels.

Layers > New raster layer.

Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy 3.1 > Smoke.
Inner Color to #A6AEC8 and Outer Color to #6C576D.

Apply.

In your layer palette, move layer 4 (with the smoke) below layer 3.
Opacity of this layer to 75%.

Selections > All.

New layer.
Effects > 
Plugins > Eye Candy 3.1 > Smoke.

Colors > Negative image.

Layer palette > Layer 5 goes below layer 4 the slider to 10%.
This is how your palette must look.

Background color to #644B60.

Add borders 10 pixels.

Confirm merging.

With your select the border.
Tolerance  25 -
Feather 0.

Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy 3.1 > Glow same settings

Effects > Plugins > Eye Candy 3.1 > Glass:
(
Shadow color #A6AEC8)

Your Arum Lily frame is done.

If your image is to big, resize with 75%.
Don't forget:
Sharpen > Sharpen.
