Indonesian Frame
(PSP all versions - no filters)

What you need:
Corel PSP. Download a 30 day trial here.
The materials: Download here.
Open all images from the ZIP in PSP.

Save often.

et started. Good luck.....

This tutorial is done in PSP 9.
The tubes in the ZIP are mine.
I made them from photo's I took myself.
You can use them for this tutorial without © issues.

Open a new image 450 X 350 > Transparent.

Selections > Select all.
Selections > Modify > Contract with 3 pixels.
Selections > Invert.

Open the MD-MD-goldpattern.jpg from the ZIP.
Foreground to pattern and look for the gold pattern.
Texture unchecked (= blue hand).

Fill the selection with the gold pattern.

Selections > Invert.

Open the MD-IF-Pattern2.jpg from the ZIP.

Background to pattern and look for the red pattern.
Notice..... The settings are changed.
Texture unchecked (= blue hand).

Fill the selection with your right mouse button: the red pattern.

Selections > Modify > Contract with 20 pixels.

Click delete to remove the middle part.

Fill your selection with the gold pattern again.

Selections > Modify > Contract with 3 pixels.

Click delete to remove the middle part.

Open the MD-IF-Pattern1.jpg from the ZIP.
Background to pattern and look for the beige pattern.
Texture unchecked (= blue hand).

Fill your selection with the beige pattern.

Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel > Color white.

If all went well you must have this:

Selections > Modify > Contract with 20 pixels.

Click delete to remove the middle part.

Fill your selection with the gold pattern again.

Selections > Modify > Contract with 3 pixels.

Click delete to remove the middle part.

Put your background back to the red pattern.

Fill the selection with your right mouse button: the red pattern.

Selections > None.

Open the MD-IndoMask.psp and copy.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
It is right in the middle so leave it like that.

Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow > Black.

Repeat the drop shadow but this time Vert. and Horiz. at - 12.

Open the MD-Dashes.psp and copy.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
The line is right in the middle so leave it like that.

Open the MD-Dashes-2.psp and copy.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
This line is on the right place too so no need to move.

Open the MD-IndoWatcher.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

Move the guard to the left.

Layers > Duplicate.
Layers > Mirror.

Layers > Merge > Merge all layers flatten.

Your Indonesian Frame is done.
