Rich & Famous Frame
(PSP 7, 8, 9 & 10)

What you need:
PSP 8. Download a 30 day trial here.
The  Unplugged Shapes (free) filter.
Make a folder in your pluginsfolder in PSP
 name it Unplugged Shapes. Extract the ZIP to that folder.
 ZIP with the Corner download here.
Unzip and open in PSP.
An image. I used this one by John O'Brien (ZIP).

Save often.
Let's go. Good Luck.....

Open your image.
Image > Add borders 5 pixels > Symmetric > Black.

Select with your wand (tolerance 10 - feather  0) the black border.

Effects > 3D effects > Dropshadow:

Repeat with Vert. and Horiz. at - 6.

Add borders > 35 pixels > Color #A5B2B3.

Select your border.

Effects > Plugins > Unplugged Shapes > 45 Degree Retangle.

Selections > None.

Hold Shift key.
Select the dark area's.

Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.

Selections > Select none.

Hold  Shift key.
Select  the light area's.

Effects > 3D effects > Chisel.

Effects > Reflection-effects > Pattern.

Effects > 3D effects > Inner bevel.
Same settings but intensity to 40.

Open  MD-R&F-Corner.psp (ZIP) and copy.

Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.

With place in the top left corner.

Layer palette > Duplicate.

 Image > Mirror.

 Image > Flip.

Merge all layers.

You're done!
