Monroe Frame
(PSP 8, 9 & 10 - no Filters)

What you need:
PSP 8. Download a 30 day trial here.
ZIP with materials: Download here.
Unzip the Overlay and Corner and open in PSP.
I used this image of Marllyn Monroe (in the ZIP).
At All Posters are more images of Marilyn.
Go to Movies > People > Actresses > Marilyn Monroe.

Save often.
Let's begin. Success.....

Open your image. Not bigger as 300.
So as a Portrait > height 300 or Landscape > width 300.
You can use every image.
If your photo has the wrong color:
Adjust > Hue and saturation > Colorize > 57 -  30.

1. Add borders 25 pixels > Symmetric > color #8C967B.

2. Selections > All.
Selections > Modify > Contract 25 pixels.
Selections > Invert.

3. Effects > Image effects > Off Set.

4. Effects > Artistic effects > Colored edges.

5. Effects > Artistic Effects > Halftone > Colors #D1DDCF and #8C967B.
Use Round 5 and Multiply at 75.

6. Effects > 3D-effects > Inner bevel > White.

7. Add borders 40 pixels > Symmetric > Color #8C967B.

8. Selections > All.
Selections > Modify > Contract 40 pixels.
Selections > Invert.

9. Effects > Texture-effects > Straw wall > Color #494E3E.

10. Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow 6 > Black.

11. Layer > New raster layer.

12. Open  MD-Monroe-overlay.psp (ZIP) and copy.

13. Paste into selection.

14. Repeat steps 1 to 6.
Confirm merging by adding borders.

15. Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow at -6 > Black.

16. Open  MD-Monroe-corner.psp (ZIP) and copy.

17. Paste as a new layer.

18. With place into top left corner.

19. Layer palette > Duplicate.

 20. Image > Mirror.

 21. Image > Flip.

22. Merge all layers.
