What you need:
PSP 8 or 9. Download a 30 day
trial here.
The Materials: Download here.
Eye Candy 3.1. Download here.
Extract to your plugins folder in PSP.
Close and open PSP to make your filter work
Unlock your background layer end select it (= bleu).
You can only use a perspective shadow if your Bird of paradise frame
is going to be
on a background and you are going to save as JPG.
Don't use it when you want to save as GIF. The result will be ugly.
My frames are on the same background I used for this tutorial (is in ZIP).
But of course you can use any background you like.
Your Bird of Paradise Frame is done.
