What you need:
PSP. Download a 30
day trial here.
Materials:Download here.
Open all images from the ZIP in PSP.
Mura's Copies. Download here.
Save the filter in your plugins folder in PSP.
Close and restart PSP otherwise your filter won't work.
Open the font and minimize to your taskbar.
You will see the font in your text tool.
Save often.

Open a new image 400 X 400 > Transparent.
Background to MD-SCback-1.jpg.
Background to MD-SCback-2.jpg.
With both styles > Texture unchecked (= bleu hand).
Fill your image with the dark brown (foreground style).
Selections > Select all.
Selections > Modify > Contract with 20 Pixels.
Fill the selection with your right mouse button (the background fill).
PSP7 users add a layer first, fill and after that merge visible.
Effects > 3D-effects > Drop shadow > Black.
Open a new image 150 X 425.
Background to MD-SCback-3.jpg.
Fill the image with the pattern (right mouse button).
Open the Md-SC-mask.jpg.
Layers > New masklayer > From image.
Find the Md-SC-mask.jpg.
Invert mask data checked.
Apply.
Layers > Merge > Merge group.
Copy the border and paste on your card.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move this border left like on the screenshot below.
Repeat the drop shadow like before.
Open the MD-SC-pearl.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
You don't have to move the pearl.
Effects > Plugins > MuRa's Meister > Copies.
Choose *Line (bottom hand) and change the amount to 20.
Image > Rotate > Free rotate at 90 degrees > All layers unchecked.
Move the pearls like in the screenshot below.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible.
Selections > Select all.
Selections > Modify > Contract with 110 Pixels.
Your selection is not in the middle of the light part.
With and your right mouse button down, you can move the selection.
Put it in the middle of the light part.
Fill your selection with the dark brown pattern.
PSP 7: add a layer first and after filling, merge visible.
Repeat the drop shadow like before.
Selections > Modify > Contract with 10 Pixels.
Now fill with the MD-SCback-3.jpg pattern.
PSP7 users add a layer first, fill and after that merge visible.
Repeat the drop shadow like before.
Open the MD-SC-bow.psp and copy.
Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer.
Move the bow to the left like on the screenshot below.
Repeat the drop shadow like before.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible.
Save the image as a base card for future use.
Shift-D to duplicate and close the original.
If you want the card in other colors..... colorize the whole card.
Use any color (between 1 and 255) and a saturation of 25.
Background to #443838. Foreground locked.
Click
and look for the opened SheerGrace. It's in the ZIP.
Size 28 > Stroke 0,0 >
B for Bold > Anti-alias checked or sharp.
Type your own text.
You can use this card as a thank you note, a get well wish,
for congratulations, for a nice weekend note or just to say hi.
Finish the card with a text you have in mind.
This card is special since it is so multifunctional.
Your special card is done.
